Immutable raw events, type-specific derived stores (beliefs, policies, anchors, insights, heuristics), three-tier invalidation (hard/soft/partial), 5-stage RRF fusion retrieval, candidate promotion pipeline, SQLite lease manager, job registry, conflict handling with auto-resolution, materialized read model with delta overlay, v2→v3 migration bridge, and observability. 913 tests passing.
